01Where can I see the class times and fees?+
Submit the short request form first. I’ll review your level, goal and availability, then send the suitable times and fee details directly.
02Do I need a placement test?+
Yes for English, German and Turkish lessons. Use the linked test for your language and upload a screenshot or PDF of the result with your request.
03When does a group class start?+
IELTS and Business English start with 3 matched learners; Free Discussion starts with 5. Other class sizes are shown beside each option. 1:1 sessions can start as soon as our schedules match.
04When are speech-therapy sessions available?+
Online articulation sessions and assessments are available on Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 Germany time. The first assessment is free.
05Can you support a child who does not hear enough Persian?+
Yes. The bilingual pathway looks at speech sounds, Persian–English exposure and the child’s real communication needs before recommending support.
